This week 20 year old Megan Anderson is representing New Zealand in the cooking section of the WorldSkills competition at London ExCeL.
Back home in Aukland, Megan works as a chef de partie at the top restaurant The French Cafe. "The French Cafe is a great place to work. It is very fast paced and has helped me to improve my skills with planning and workflows. These are incredibly important skills that I will be taking with me to the competition" she said.
After 18 months of training, she is confident she can bring back a gold medal.
