Two contestants of the Future Chef competition got an insight into what it is like working in a professional kitchen.
Ross Marshall, Head Chef of the St Andrews' Old Course Hotel, showed Rachel Notarangelo and Eve Archibald what it took to build a successful culinary career.
Speaking to STV he said "We're trying to encourage young people to come into the trade. We feel that there aren't enough young people coming and competitions and programmes like this benefit young chefs and gives them support that they need."
