This summer the School of Wok, a specialist in Oriental Cuisine, is to open a flagship cookery school in London's Covent Garden.
Jeremy Pang, founder and Cordon Bleu-trained chef, said: "The central London venue will provide a unique space for chefs to get hands-on experience and learn the techniques to make tastier and healthier versions of their favourite Asian meals. We will teach students how to prepare traditional Oriental dishes passed down from three generations of Chinese chefs, while a range of guest tutors specialising in cuisines from all over Asia, including Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and Japanese will each bring their own recipes to the table."
