Adam Brown has been appointed Head Chef by The Eden Hotel Collection and is set to head the brigade of its newly acquired Brockencote Hall Hotel in Worcestershire. Brown has previously trained under Michelin starred chefs David Everitt-Matthias, Gordon Ramsey and Simon Haigh, the Executive Chef of The Eden Hotel Collection. Adam is looking forward to commencing his role, commenting that he recognises the potential to take the hotel which already holds two AA Rosettes, to a whole new level.
