Peter Woods has been given the Head Chef job at the Four Seasons Hotel at St Fillans in Perthshire. He held this role at the same restaurant between 2006 and 2008. He will be joined by Sous Chef Rhomena Watson and Chef de Partie Stephane Bouvier. His new role will see him run the kitchen at the hotel's two AA rosette Meall Reamhar restaurant and the more informal Tarken restaurant.
