Michelin-starred chef Martin Wishart has opened a new brasserie called "The Honours" with Head Chef Paul Tamburrini in the heart of Edinburgh. The restaurant has been defined by Wishart as "a contemporary brasserie" where he hopes to combine traditional french cuisine with the flavours of the scottish market. Wishart, who was voted UK Chef's Chef of the year in 2010 by the AA guide has described The Honours as his most exciting business venture to date.
