A British chef has just created a kebab which has been labelled the 'Don of Donners', and cost £750 to produce. Andy Bates used only the finest ingredients in his kebab including milk fed lamb from the Pyrenees, barrel aged feta, Krug champagne, saffron, platinum and gold leaf. He said "'I put a lot of time into sourcing ingredients of the highest quality, this was not just an exercise is selecting things because of their price. It is important to me as a chef that everything goes together". Andy created the kebab to mark the launch of the Food Network's 'The Great Food Truck Race'.
