Ex-Maze chef Jason Atherton is opening several new bespoke restaurants in partnership with the corporate dining arm of Compass Group. Jason will work with restaurant Associates to develop corporate fine dining offers serving his own style of food using provincial ingredients, tailored to the needs of individual companies. He will also work to develop public 'restaurant opportunities', in a similar vein to those operated by Michel Roux Jr and Gary Rhodes.
