Previous experience in Alps restaurants? Want to work within a small dynamic team with big aspirations?
 
TUMMY RESTAURANT are looking for experienced and passionate chefs de partie to join our team for the coming winter season.
 
Based in TIGNES Ski Area (ESPACE KILLY), you will be working in a predominately French and English speaking restaurant.
 
Responsibilities include preparing food, buying products and stock management. We hold a high standard of quality and service, as such you will be trained in all aspects of the operation and must respect the cleaning and food preparation processes, be organised in the management of the kitchen, and ensure everything is in order for each service.
 
You will be working as part of a small team of 5 so should be calm and flexible in you manner of work and show understanding and unity within the team.

Requirements

You need to be confident and personable, and have experience working within similar establishments. All applicants should be extremely customer focused, we are looking for real team players with bags of initiative and enthusiasm.
 
Team work is essential to the success of the TUMMY restaurant . It’s a fast paced environment and the ability to use your initiative and think on your feet is important.
